News story from BBC about the Baha Attract System

Billy Coughlin Baha Attract user 2014

Billy Coughlin, UK, lost his hearing in one ear when he was 17, and had gotten used to living life in “mono rather than stereo” – until last month when he was fitted with the magnetic Baha Attract System.

“It’s amazing, I can hear everything,” smiles Billy. “I can tell where sound is coming from and hear smaller sounds that I couldn’t hear before, like footsteps.”

Matthew Trotter, surgeon at the Heartlands Hospital, says:

“People aren’t aware of what’s available… We need to educate the public on what’s available now in hearing implant technology!”
